In baccarat, only the last digit of the total hand value counts. 10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings are worth 0. Aces are worth 1. The best possible hand is 9 (a natural).

Baccarat is more than just a card game. In Malaysia, it has long been the most played casino game — and for good reason. The rules are easy to grasp, rounds wrap up in under a minute, and the return to player (RTP) rate is among the highest of any casino game. That's why, when katsu5 started building the live casino platform, baccarat was the top priority.
What sets the baccarat experience at katsu5 compared to other platforms? First and foremost, table variety. We offer more than six live baccarat variants — from Classic and Speed for casual players, to Squeeze and Super VIP for those who want higher intensity and bigger limits. Each table has its own dealer, its own road map, and a distinct atmosphere.
The road map, or road map is one of the most sought-after features among experienced baccarat players. At katsu5, every live table displays four types of road maps in real time: Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Boy, and Small Road. This feature helps you spot patterns and trends within your current session — and while baccarat is fundamentally a game of chance, many players feel more confident when they can see the history of previous results.
If you're new to baccarat and just getting started, don't worry. katsu5 offers a complete beginner's guide built directly into the game interface. With a single click, you can view a rules summary, payout table, and basic tips — all without leaving the table. This makes learning far more comfortable than reading through a manual or sitting through lengthy tutorial videos.
Another standout feature of baccarat at katsu5 are dealers who can communicate in Bahasa Melayu. This is no small thing — for many Malaysian players, playing with a dealer who understands the local language and culture makes for a far more comfortable experience. You can chat casually while waiting for the cards to be dealt, and the dealer will respond with full professionalism.
On the technical side, the live baccarat stream at katsu5 using high-resolution multi-angle cameras. You can clearly see every card as it's turned over, the dealer's hand movements, and the entire table in panoramic view. Video quality remains stable on a standard 4G connection, and latency is kept to a minimum thanks to servers optimised specifically for Malaysia.
For deposit enquiries, katsu5 accepts all major Malaysian payment methods. You can top up your balance using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit is just RM10, and credits arrive in under two minutes. When you win, withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes — among the fastest in the industry.
VIP Program katsu5 offers exclusive benefits to loyal baccarat players. Gold members and above enjoy weekly cashback based on total wagers, priority access to VIP tables, and higher withdrawal limits. Platinum Elite members receive a dedicated personal account manager to help plan gaming sessions and handle larger transactions with ease.
Playing baccarat on mobile at katsu5 is equally seamless. The interface is optimised for smaller screens — large betting buttons, crisp card display, and easy table navigation with a tap. Whether you're on the sofa, commuting, or on a break, the quality of your gaming experience stays consistently smooth.
In short, if you're looking for the best baccarat experience in Malaysia without stepping foot in a physical casino, katsu5 is the answer. Multiple tables, professional dealers, easy payments, and Malay-language support — all in one platform, accessible anytime, anywhere.
